The idea behind the concept Kalamohor is to celebrate various forms of art with the farmlife.
Imagine staying in company of a renowned artist! For two full days you would not just seeing the artist but also get to chat with him or her, dine with, listen to and enjoy the spontaneous presentation by the artist. This could happen over a cup of tea in the morning or over a walk at the farm with artist. Or this may happen under a tree in the farm or in the moonlight in the aangan! Many times through the day we would get to enjoy listening to the artist’s experiences, philosophy in his art and more. Neither will there be any stage, nor any anchor… It would just be us sitting around the artist and getting smitten by the treasures he or she would be unfolding in front of us!

This year in April 2023, another renowned artist is going to let us all immerse into the divinity of his art.
Bhagwan Rampure, the renowned sculptor from Solapur
Is the invited artist for Kalahor 2023 at Farm of Happiness Agro Tourism Homestay.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a stay with the great artist ‘Bhagwan Rampure’ and experience him work on a clay portrait, talk to him, discuss the philosophy of his art, ask him questions about his creations… during the stay with him at Farm of Happiness.
You do not need to be a sculptor, an artist or an art student to be a participate ‘Kalamohor’. But you surely have to be the one who loves to indulge in various forms of art, can appreciate the intensive mindset of a creative artist and surely have to be the one who loves to be in nature.

Making idols of Gods in his childhood was just a way of adding a support to the household income for Bhagwan Rampure, the renowned sculptor, today.
”Clay is very sensitive and can clearly sense your feelings if you can connect with it. Then it transforms itself into the shape that you visualize”, says Bhagwan Rampure and surely his creations speak for this statement.
Rampure has sculpted clay portraits of many celebrity artist like Poet Grace, Lyricist Composer Gulzar, Mastero Singer Dinanath Mangeshkar, Actor Shriram Lagoo amd many more. Some of his creations for advertising or industrial projects have also been popularly known. While his creation ‘The Bull’ installed in front of The Mumbai Stock Exchange earned him fame and glory, his spiritual base has helped him create and sculpt some unique creations that set him apart from the rest. ** Local styled non vegetarian food can be served at an extra cost and only on advance intimation.
** Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in the entire premises and during the stay.
In case of cancellation of your reservation:
1 No cancellation charges are applicable and you will receive your entire advance amount back if the cancellation is confirmed with us, a minimum of 30 days prior to your date of check-in.
2 50% of your total payable amount will be consumed by us as cancellation charges and the remaining amount of the advances will be refunded if the cancellation is confirmed within 30-21 days prior to your date of check-in.
4 100% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation fees if the cancellation is confirmed within 21 days prior to your date of check-in.
Kalamohor 2022
In the first ever ‘Kalamor in 2022, we were honoured with the company of Young and famous Flutist Ashwin Sriniwasan.
And a select group of guests that were hungry for this candid musical experiment made it the perfect audience for a magical journey through three days. All the sessions at various locations in and around the farm were filled with the magical notes of Ashwinji’s flute. May it be at the farm, on the Machaan, by the side of the valley or in the isolated temple on the plateau… all we experienced was ecstacy with the music from his flute blended with the mystically beautiful nature around.
It is not at all possible to help you experience that through a video. Yet, this is only a small glimpse! Enjoy!
